This is a rehash of an old Painting/Concept done in Uni.
Set in Asia's 2025, where traffic congestions, dense urbanization, global warming, erratic floods in countries along the equator, particularly in the monsoon season. All lead to disfunctional "megacities" unable to respond to the exponentially increasing occurance of Crime, accidents and natural disasters.
Emergency medical units (or other departments
) would be reside in Blimp Stations hovering above city districts.
Equiped with a jet pack, "ParaParaMedics would Wind Surf/Glide to their destination. The CarbonNano Composite board would house equipment pertaining to the incident, and also act as a life raft in floods.
A kinda fun Steampunk/anime Styled Story.
